By booking our services, you agree to the following:

• The client is responsible for providing access to the event location on time
• Setup and pickup times must be respected
• Any damage to rental items will be charged accordingly
• Decorations must not be moved or altered without permission
• Outdoor setups depend on weather conditions

We reserve the right to cancel or adjust bookings if conditions are unsafe.
